Newbie - Frustrated

Ok,

I bought this game to deal with corona quarantine and I'm having a hard time using files and mods. For example, I've downloaded Flyer's files but everytime I open the game it reverts to the default settings, no matter how many times I cut and paste the right files. I can get player images, but for the life of me I can't get Team Logos to save my life. If there is a "guide for newbies" out there that I missed I apologize, but for those of us that are new at this it's very frustrating to get this game up to a playable solution.

Probably better off posting in the mods forum as I'm not sure which ones you're using or which files you're having trouble with. Some of the mods look to be installing to the game folder which is risky because you may have to apply the mod after any game updates. Other mods that install to your My Docs folder may work better as those should work regardless of game updates.

Also some of the mods only take effect when starting new leagues... they won't necessarily work on existing leagues unless you manually copy some files around.

Unfortunately there isn't a "mod for newbies" section except for whatever the creators of the mods have posted.
