I just keep finding myself hitting one when I meant the other. Perhaps it's just me. I wouldn't worry about that one unless others echo my concern.

OK, I get you now. But if it's reversed, won't you (or others) click on the wrong one at times anyway?

Maybe, that's why I'd hold that unless others chime in.

I'd love to have the ability to skip the whole of transfer season if I am not seeking transfers one year. Or, for that matter, the ability to skip forward to practice if I meet my recruiting needs during the transfer window.

Really enjoying the game. Here are a few suggestions I have after 2.5 seasons.

1. Pre-Game/Half-Time coaching. Set the tone for what you want to emphasize based on your opponent, as well as make adjustments at half.
2. More options on how you want to defend individual players on the other team. This could be something simple as tight, balanced, or loose. If the opponent has a great shooter, I'd like to be tight to them right away or have the option to faceguard them if need be. Especially if they're not a great driver. Similarly, if they have a dumpling out there I want to be able to dork that player if need be.
3. If it's a media timeout and our ball, we should be able to set up a play.
4. I really like looking over the insights. Maybe some insights/analytics into how your team is doing within each offense, each defense, in transition, etc.

Great game. Incredibly difficult. Love it. Suggestions:

1. In the Depth view, It would be nice to have the ability to quickly look at a table of players' proficiencies. It can be frustrating having to switch back and forth between and individual player's player bio screen and then the 'Depth' matrix to set your line ups. Not sure if the matrix view is the best location, but having a table of all players and their offensive/defensive proficiencies would be very helpful.

2. Ratings progression page for an individual player - would like to see it as a line graph (or the option to switch it to a line graph) instead of a bar graph broken out by year. If their ratings change throughout a year, then it would also be nice to see a more granular picture (by month instead of year).

I may come up with more, but that's it for now. The ideas provided above have been great!

These are some of my personal ones from playing for the last few weeks and a super active, fun and large online multi player association.

Game Experience

1. Expand the names file even further. It's true some names are popular but we are losing the sense of unique identifying players in leagues whereby the last names are the same over and over. I think I've seen the last name Leatherman so many times. It's been a huge boost for OOTP and FM to have a really extensive name file, to country etc and continue to make it larger. Since the player names can be really generic, most of the league ends up calling each of their players "My starting freshman SG" .. Unique first name, last names make a big difference in immersion, more rare the better. Watching some sport drafts like NFL etc, the real life naming of people has really been creative..

2. Also for expanding countries, Poland shows up alot but Lithuania isn't there ever, please include Lithuania and expand some of the European countries. Poland gets crunched by Lithuania yet they have many imports, maybe the Gorski name might be a reason :) .. Lithuania has examples of Pocius going to Duke, Kavaliuskas going to Texas A&M. This is missing. Also as being part Lithuanian and winners of 3 olympic bronze medals in the past 20 years, I am insulted by this, jk :) Maybe since i'm having fun with this point , I'll expand on this list just as a historic reference lol.. Karnishovas (Seton Hall), now bulls GM, anyways heres a current list https://basketball.realgm.com/national/teams/12/Lithuania/ncaa_players zags and stanford in there. Thanks!

3. Pipeline countries. St Mary's proves as an example. They recruit so many Australians that the same pipeline state effect could apply to countries. Also Gonzaga has their fair share of Canadians, Pangos, Olynyk etc over time, these countries that get a lot of Internationals could then become Pipeline Countries.

-- Also anything that continues to expand on journeyman style saves like what make Football Manager so special. We're talking about expanding more than budget and facilities, to arenas, maybe more potential to pitch moving your school to another conference (but be weary of moving staples from other conferences in the movement option, duke leaving acc etc would be silly), more ideas from those games to turn little into mid and then major.

UI/UX/Usability

4. More control on the recruit list to be able to rescind the film choice or host if an accident was made. Not sure if I'm missing that from training but at the moment some of those recruit decisions can't be altered during the selection choices.

5. In the Depth Chart Matrix to be able to work faster in the UI or GUI, have a function for right click to remove a selection value. This happens often on spreadsheets or draggable tiles. Right click to remove/delete a value out of the box entirely instead of having to find another spot for it.

6. It's a bit confusing when there is play/sim on both the top left and right, and if you play/sim when top left again it always only loops the schedule menu yet the play/sim on the far right is the only one that proceeds? Please look into maybe making if someone presses play sim on the play sim screen on the top left do the the same as the top right play sim button, the user is essentially then almost trying to do the same thing, otherwise endless loop.

7. One all-time function that exists in many sim games to advance was space-bar to advance no matter what, the equivalent of pressing the top left function. When in focus this could be a hot-key setting either on or off , adjustable in the menu. Continue with spacebar was a long time sim function on championship manager, FM, etc

8. Add more detail on the player name drop down when making coach calls. Again since the names are so generic and each recruiting class you are trying to remember, include some other values besides just recruit name in the calling player drop down to help know which to pick next. Otherwise it's just easier to exit, return and dial the player you actually want.

9. Somewhere along the lines switching between the ncaa tournament regions, and your own games from games grid is a bit confusing. I actually sometimes play through my conf tournament games and then sometimes in the tournament only focus on the heads/up match up but you need to do a lot of work to immerse in what is actuallying happening for the tournaments. I don't have a solution here but sometimes I'm not watching the tournament match ups all-together and sim through, it takes a lot more work to watch the brackets and also follow when the play/watch or pause before simming your own game. Somehow this needs to blend yet still be useful for commishes in multi-player.

10. Being rejected by your coach on your offers needs to be an official response. Right now only you offer is sent and then realize your coach isn't considering it anymore. If a coach you bid on is no longer considering your offer, it needs and email or it needs to go into the notes. Otherwise you could keep trying a bid round without a coach and it's an endless loop because you need a coach to proceed.

11. Why are the coaching ranges so large in pay, this does seem a bit excessive. I would consider narrowing the band because 15k to 95k doesn't seem plausible even if its 3rd assistant etc. Perhaps there is a better way here but maybe if only 1st assistant , 2nd assistant is left highlighted, then that column resets for expectations for those jobs.

Thanks again I'll have more eventually! :)

That exists. On the transfer e-mail, you can hit skip sessions.
