Suggestion List for DDSCB2021

Added these except the following:

#1--That info is available by clicking on "Details" on the Recruit screen.
#16--Since the 3-2 zone and 1-2-2 zone are pretty similar, Gary has lumped those two together for zone offense practice.

Thanks for the quick feedback...I didn't know that about the 3-2, but it makes sense.

Just to clarify regarding #1...

You're right that you can click on each individual recruit and see these details, but what I'm suggesting is to have a view of this information for ALL of the recruits on the main recruiting screen itself. Today, we have views available for "Show Bio" or "Show Ratings," which are selected in the drop-down on the top right. If there was a third option for "Show Info" (or "Show Intel", I don't know), then I could see this view of what I know about each player all together. No extra clicks and now I have the ability to compare and make quicker decisions .

By making the views on the main recruiting screen more flexible/powerful, it would make the user more productive in their recruiting analysis, activities, and decision-making and reduce the clicks substantially IMHO.

OK, but without going to the details (or to the recruit card) you still won't have some info that can be critical...e.g., some of the info in the Notes, the parent info (which can be important if the parents control the recruit), which other teams are above you on the top 10 (if you buy the Gold Report).

But I now understand what you want and will add that suggestion.

Stall offense should be separate from hold for last shot.

In this game I end up turning the getting the ball stolen or throwing the ball away a large percentage of the time because the team just passes the ball around when in reality the ball rarely gets lost because the star player, even in college now, just holds the ball and takes the last shot .

I've added the "stall offense" suggestion to the list.

I agree that when clicking on Hold for Last Shot, there are too many turnovers.

But you should submit a Support Ticket to report that problem with CB2020. Provide as many details (e.g., how often you've tried using Hold for Last shot, approx percentage of the time there is a turnover, etc) as you can.

I believe if you use "Stall" or by other name "Hold For Last Shot" (they are the same, just terminology used in the college version) turnovers are a result of poor passing players from my experience as it was in last years game too. I found if I put my best ball handlers on the court when I choose to Stall then the issue was not as bad as having lessor ball handlers in, which is why teams go to two point guards in real life near the end of a game and the losing team is pressing trying to mount a come back so the are also probably playing more aggressive defense against you in the game too. But if you have a better prestige team then you usually have better ball handlers as well, lower teams your maybe lucky to have 1 or 2 decent ball handlers and that decides if I even use stall or not. Either way I usually put in my best ball handlers in which is usually my backup point guard along with other positions and my best foul shooters and don't care much about their other ratings as I'm not trying to score just maintain my lead in the last few minutes of the game. Either foul me or my ball handlers will run the clock down.
Also you'll see players take a shot early in the shot clock with Stall selected but if you check those are low BBIQ players and of course they do something stupid, so you need to be aware of what type players you have on the court when you decide to stall.
I tried to find it but somewhere there was a discussion about this in an older game version forum but could not find it where Gary chimed in I can't remember if it was under Stall or Hold for Last shot at the time.

This may have been said already, but I usually like to play with multiple teams in games like this. Having an easier way to switch between teams would be great. Maybe the commissioner mode can have full control over all the teams, rather than just certain functions.

I believe Gary is working on something about this for the next version of the Pro game. If it works then I imagine he will implement it for DDSCB next year.

Calendar view for the schedule. Be able to see box score reports for played games and scouting reports for upcoming games. Have conference standings available beside it.

Yes, I'd like a bag of Sizzling Popcorn right now!

Your suggestion has been added (along with some butter and salt).
