Not opening game

App pops up with black screen when opening but doesn't open game and I cannot click on it. I tried reloading but nothing was working. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks.

Also, any virus scanners, or internet security, types of programs may be interfering and need to have DDSPF added to exceptions lists.
