How to play a manual game? (stupid question)

I known this has to be obvious, when I get to week 1, and all the games are displayed, it only gives me an option to SIM each game. Unless I misunderstand a fundamental part of how this game works - where do I choose to play any/all games manually (I coach one team against the CPU)? I am playing in sandbox mode if that makes a difference. Thank you.

If you go into team info you can change the CPU Team checkbox which will allow you to play games for that team.

Thank you Brooks, I made the adjustment and now have a "play game" option!
