How to download real time rosters/schools?

Says I need the 8.4 mod in order to download the 1.1 mod. where do I locate the 8.4 mod?

You don't need the 8.t mod, but at least the 8.4 version of the college game. Currently the version of the game is well past that, so just make sure you have the latest installed which you can check in this post.
