Player instructions

Is there a way to see current player instructions assigned to players like you can in the pro game? Therefore to see when you can ask the player to take on the next set of instructions?

Thanks - but this sims to disappear after each sim and not stay for the duration of the innstruction? I am trying to time it so I can keep instructing a player over time and not miss a beat.
