Roster File?

Where do you find the default roster file in order to convert and edit? And how do you then transfer the edited file back into the game?

Easiest way is to create a new league with default rosters, but set to "assign to team" and start the league. Then go into search and export all players. At that point you can edit that file and use it to create leagues in the future.
