How do I get historical teams/seasons to show UP?

I set the year for 1976 and got the current mod with 2022 player and all the 2022 teams not the 76 teams. I had the 2020 version and there was a setting for historical players. I did not see that in the menu.

There is still a place to select historical players and then include the historical players mod file you wish to load from.
