I'm having trouble finding the schedule for the mod, I have everything else but what am i doing wrong? lol I can't continue without having the custom schedule

My mod does not require or include a custom schedule.

What specific problem? The poster you quoted appeared to be trying to load a custom schedule which is not included and not required for the mod. Therefore nothing related to a schedule requires fixing.

Its telling me that I need to load a custom schedule. So I guess I'm doing something wrong. I select custom league format and the custom team xml, but its asking for a schedule file when I try to submit.

You don’t use a custom league. Go back to the first post and look under the instructions, #6. It tells you what options must be selected.

Did you jump the gun on the C-USA to Sun Belt moves? They're still on the C-USA schedule for now, so their move isn't final.

When first announced it came across as a done deal until the conference started to push back. We'll see how it goes and if it is confirmed they won't move, I'll probably move them back.

Nope, the first post says what's included and what's not, rosters and names aren't included. Nothing I ever plan to do as the scope is huge and player turnover in college is short.
