Does this game come with historical rosters?

Does this game come with historical rosters? My old computer died, purchased a new one, and all my previous versions of PB games went with it. I was going to get a newer version if it had historical rosters in it.

Never mind, I purchased the game. I saw a post referencing the historical component of the game.
