There’s a few things that I noticed with coaches both game wise and cosmetically. I’ve noticed that their coach history will be incorrect when they get a new job. If they were a coordinator in the past it’ll list them in their history as “head coach” as soon as they get a new job.
I’ve also had a bit of a wonder with why coaches never take coordinator jobs after being head coaches and getting fired. I’d always think that a coach would want to get back on his feet with a new job and sometimes a step down to get himself more prepared helps. Idk if it’s just because that once they’re head coaches they’re far too expensive to be hired as coordinators or they just have no interest in it but I’ve always found that weird.
Also the coaches generate pretty old. I find most coaches even internal to be in their 60s and idk id kinda like to see more of the guys you see in the nfl today being hired in their 30s and 40s.
