Custom plays

When regenerating coach’s playbooks, custom plays we created are not getting used unlike in DDSCF24. This is with the ‘share custom plays’ checkbox checked in advanced settings

So it appears that there are a lot more issues with custom plays in CC25 then I had originally noticed including:

- The pre-snap motion (Action 1) commands are not showing up when I go into the screen to edit a custom play that I created using CF24.
- The option to delete a custom play is missing.
- As mentioned in my previous post, AI coaches are not using custom plays when regenerating playbooks when the ‘use custom plays’ and the ‘share plays with all teams’ boxes are checked in advanced settings. And please remember that there is supposed to be about a 50 play limit on the size of coach’s playbooks.

Not related to custom plays, but it was requested in the past to have team rankings not show up when ‘hide scores’ is enabled until we click on ‘show scores.’ It gives away the game result before we get to watch the game.Well these rankings are now showing up again in CF25.

I know everyone including myself are excited about the new pro game but I really these issues need to be fixed ASAP, especially the issues with custom plays. I would really hate to see these get broken in DDSPFS25 as well. Thanks.

Can you submit a ticket and attach your league file? I looked into this a bit and the code for generating playbooks didn't change from 24 to 25 in the college game, so having your league file with the specific examples and custom plays you're using may help me pinpoint what's going on.

I wanted to follow up on this. There were a lot of bugs found in the pro game over the past two months that are also still in the college game, especially things involving custom plays. Are these going to be fixed anytime soon?

I also would like an update on this. CFB has every bug PF25 had and its very unplayable

We have a patch available for preview in discord if you want to try it early. As soon as a few folks verify there are no issues with it we'll push it out to public for all users.

I hate to bring this up but the problem with AU coaches not using custom plays in their playbooks is still there as of the latest release 9.0.6. Can we please get this fixed?

The patch contains the fix and I verified CPU teams are using custom plays that other teams create.
