The disclaimer in the post explains this. can’t control what all the various security software may think. I have no issue with my security software. Ultimately up to you if you want to override your security to download.

It's not really shocking, nor a surprise that your security software may trigger a false virus report. The reason I put the "Disclaimer" at the top of the post is because it can be common with unknown files (such as mods) because security software is aggressive at blocking files it doesn't know a lot about, which is understandable. The mod uses an EXE file to make installing the files easier for people which is another common file type that security software really pays attention. I could remove the self-installer and just provide a zip file which would likely not cause virus warnings but in the past people had a difficult time putting the files in the correct location so I have chosen to continue "as is". It also depends on your security software, some are more aggressive than others such as Norton, Web Root, MacAfee, etc. while something like Bitdefender (which I use) reduces the warnings based on my experience.

At the end of the day like everything on the internet, it's an individual's choice on what to trust, download, and use......

Take a look at the first post which indicates what is included in the mod and you’ll see just various name changes, graphics, optional ability for current schedule, etc. The mod does not include any players or things like that as the base game has them included so my mod does not influence how good or bad a team is within the game.

99.9% of the time is because not installing the mod into the correct folder. It all depends on where you have your documents folder. Beyond that, you do need to make sure you create a new league (with one of the formats listed) after you install the mod as it doesn't update in progress leagues.

The original instructions gave examples of where your folder might exist so when running the installer you would want to make sure the path points to your correct folder.

C:\Users\<<user name>>\Documents\Wolverine Studios\
D:\Users\<<user name>>\Documents\Wolverine Studios\
C:\Users\<<user name>>\OneDrive\Documents\Wolverine Studios\

If you still can't get it, take screen shots of your document/wolverine studios folder that shows the full path and a screen shot of the installer's path, without some kind of info it will be impossible for me to know what might be the issue.
