Dailydraft does not feel good

Dailydraft does not feel good

Progress in game feels like it takes forever since you need to do daily draft every couple days. Not only that it's very hard to actually meet the 300 point cut off most times, even though I take a lot of time doing the math to figure out which players will statistically give me the best odds to get good bang for my buck. 250 is doable on most occasion, 300 basically relies on you having a good pool to select from AND doing your due diligence AND getting lucky. If it were only 2 of these 3 things were necessary it wouldn't be so bad.

My suggestion:
Daily draft should be every few weeks, no shorter than every 2 weeks, personally I think every 4 weeks would work best. Sure it wont be daily draft anymore, name it weekly draft or something. The reward for winning should of course, be adjusted and increased to match this. Honestly, if there are conflicting opinions here, at least give us the option to adjust this on our own.
This solves a few things, game keeps getting stalled out by having to do daily draft every few days. Yeah it's optional, but do we really want to miss out the rewards? I literally haven't played since the 2024 version of the game cause I kept getting burned out by the daily draft.
Secondly I think the daily draft difficulty should be adjusted. 300 is just too hard. Add difficulty levels to choose from at least. Maybe 275 for medium, 250 for easy, 300 for hard, or let us set the number manually.

I hope others throw in input, for better suggestions or to bring more notice to the dev that we want these changes.

Progress for your GM player actually depends very little on daily draft - its not even needed but its more meant to be a mini-game in the game and the only reason progress is given is just to offer a reward to the player for playing. It's really meant to be like playing daily on something like fanduel where you do need to not only do your homework but also get lucky to cash in even the micro dollar tournament events.

You can always do the press conferences to help progress faster and progress also comes most importantly from results. All of the other in game GMs and coaches are given their progress levels based on their career results so if you achieve the same things they did you will achieve the same performance level without ever doing one press conference or playing daily draft. I also don't really want to lower the score target because I don't want you to be able to level up your character quicker than you should be able to. I suppose I could consider an option where its like the press conference and you can only do it every so many days but the rewards would be bigger - that might be something worth considering but I look forward to any other opinions.

It's cool as a concept but if it really adds that little to progress, it doesn't feel like it's worth going through the hassle bothering with how often it's available (and the relative difficulty and time investment it would take). I think any sort of rework to make it feel more meaningful, like what you suggested, having the option to make it like a more periodic thing like press conferences would be a very welcome change. I know its meant to be like a mini game thing but even sports betting like FanDuel, people usually like to do their in depth analysis of stats, etc to give them better odds of winning. Would feel kinda weird just throwing in random players every now and then to see what happens, I think they way you intended it to be used. Kind of like added but meaningless tedium, since it's not super rewarding, and you still have to go out of your way to do it. I do like the concept though. Probably just needs a bit of reworking and seeing how others react to the changes.
