Offense Question and Suggestion

Hello, firstly really enjoy the Basketball games, keep up the good work!

My question is around the offensive strategy, I see the Pick and Roll usage bar, what attributes in the players should I be looking for, for a good pick and roll offense? I'm assuming it mostly applies to Point Guards and Centers? Would it be a mix of Ball Handling, Passing, IQ, and Inside Scoring that determines successful Pick and Roll Offense? Thanks!

My suggestion would be for the Offensive Strategies, to allow us to customize just how much of a certain offense we want. For example the Pace and Space offense has the Midrange, Corner, and Above the Break usage at about 80% of their respective bars filled, with Post usage at about 20%. Perhaps we could choose our own mix, like how a players Ball Actions have to all add up to 100%, I could have a team built around mostly Post and Midrange scorers, so I could set each of those at 40% of my offense each, with ATB and Corner both getting their share of the remaining 20% between them.

I currently play PB23, so if my suggestion has been addressed in a newer release of the game, please disregard!
