Suggestion: Schedule substitions for next dead ball

Forgive me if this is already possible and I'm just not figuring it out but it'd be nice to be able to schedule substitutions to take affect at next dead ball. It'd keep the game moving and still allow substitutions without having to use a timeout or play with "stop at all dead ball" option turned on.
