Ppg Leaders not in the 30s after long sim in linked league

Idk of i am unlucky or something but i have 20 20+ ppg scorer in my save rn and It has been like that for 3/4 season, i don't want 40 20+ scorers but at least in the 30s/29 or having times when there are few scorers and times when the league got a bunch of them.

Also i noticed that 3pt attempted for game are low and most players operate in the midrange a few in the corner and a lot of them have a pull up as their offensive option,very few got catch and shoot.
Rn there are only 18 players avg 20+,

Also noted that there are teams scoring less than 100 points per game, that's impossible in the modern Nba. Also top 3pa teams attempt 33 and the second best 29 i think they would be bottom in the league in today nba.
Update i am now in a era with multiple 20+ scorers but still teams are shooting few threes and there are teams in the 90s in terms of ppg.
So the solution Is maybe having the cb game generating more shooters especially from the corners; players who primarly catch and shoot
