Newb- couple of questions

Hey everyone, fairly new to the game. Played a little bit of the 2021 version but getting more into the newest version

1. I'm a bit confused on how the coach relationship works. I had a Freshman player that expected starter minutes and had him set to receive 32 mins per game in the depth screen. His relationship just kept decreasing, then he transferred. What goes into the coach relationship and is there anything on the recruit screen that I can determine if my coach and player will get along? Was frustrating to recruit a player then have him transfer out immediately when I met the minutes expectation

2. Is there an explanation of player types anywhere? Are these just a reflection of the player attributes or does having a player type increase their play on the court in any way?

Did you watch your email inbox? Were there issues of problems between him and any other players on the team or emails about him not getting along with you? Did you attempt to contact the player using the meetings item or the text option on his player card to talk about his attitude and see if you could improve it?

In the pro game we have player types with certain ones that get along with others and stuff like that - in the college game there is a different system. There is just a random chance that a coach and player (or player and player) will clash and the only way to help that along is either by the aforementioned talking about attitude or just removing the player who is the problem. Much like in real life sometimes two people just aren't going to get along no matter what and that happens in the game. Winning does help though so if you're winning games the issues have a less chance of coming out while losing makes everything worse.
