I’m not sure if it’s the game’s code or if it’s the mod but Ive been seeing multiple coaches taking a brand new job every year. I sim a lot so I am in year 8 and I’ve seen multiple coaches with 7 different jobs in 8 years and it’s not like they’re climbing the ladder or getting fired for poor performance.

I just saw this post after making one. I am experiencing the same exact thing. It takes a bit of realism out of the game.
