Schools coaching history bug/feature?

I've included both an elite school and a school at the bottom of the conference. Is there a reason why schools are hiring new coaches after almost every season? And sometimes it's the same coach they hired a few season prior. I've included a screen shot of both elite and bottom schools and I am running the latest version of CB2025. These are just 2 that i've looked at and I am sure there are more examples of this.

I would like to see the game files to see what's happening. If you look under HELP in the game instructions are there on what to submit and how to submit it to our ticket system. If the files are too large to send please upload them to a dropbox and give us the link in the ticket system

This should be addressed in the 13.2 update just released
