I've started a new save at a low-level school, and I play every game in 2D sim. I've noticed that shooting percentages are consistently higher than average in the 2D sim, as well as more blocks than expected. I've also had issues with high foul counts. It always feels like something unrealistic is bound to happen in every game.
In a few games, both teams shot over 70% from the field. Some players just can't seem to miss. I've had a lot of games where both teams score over 100 points.
Nearly every game, 3-6 players from each team end the first half with 2 or more fouls. In some cases, 1-2 players play less than 3 minutes in the half due to foul trouble. I get that lower-level schools might foul more, but it feels a bit unrealistic in the 2D sim, where teams are racking up 21-28 fouls. When I simulate the game outside of the 2D sim, the fouls seem more normal (15-23). There's also always a significant difference in free throw attempts—one team tends to get 7-10 more attempts than the other.
