Is there a way to make more players transfer

Just wondering if there is a way to make more players transfer either with the editor or in game? Really enjoy the game just would like to be able to have more players transfer to be more realistic to the real world.

There is not a way to do this because frankly I didn't think people would want to experience this in the game because basically an entire team could transfer and I thought it would be too frustrating to the player but if there is a demand for this I will build in an option for it in future versions.
